Orders are shipped no later than 2 business days after payment is received.
Your jewelry comes packaged in a standard, cotton lined jewelry box. Gift packaging can be done, but it is an additional cost. If you require gift packaging, please contact me at

I ship USPS Flat Rate, Priority Mail which normally takes between 1- 3 business days for US domestic shipments, 3 to 5 days for shipments to Canada/Mexico and 5 to 10 days for all other locations. Please see the table below for shipping costs

pretty charges sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Washington.
Most of the pieces on my website are limited editions or one of a kind. If you are interested in a quantity that is more than what is listed on the site, please contact me and I will work with you to get the necessary materials in my inventory.
Some items listed on my website can be reproduced, but because of natural color and texture variations in the stones the pieces may differ slightly from what is shown in the photo. I work hard to closely match the look of the original photo, but please be aware that you may receive an item that is slightly different, however reflecting the beauty and attractiveness of the photographed piece.
Custom work is always welcome. I have done many bridal sets and birthday gifts, so please feel free to contact me at michelle@prettyjewelrydesigns.com
Customer satisfaction is number one with me. I stand behind my workmanship and the quality of materials used.
Please see below for how to return an item for refund. Pieces that are damaged through non-normal wear cannot be returned. Sale items are considered final sales and also cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are dissatified upon receipt of your item(s), I accept returns as follows:
1. Contact me at michelle@prettyjewelrydesigns.com.
2. Please package your item for shipment and mail within 3 days of contacting me.
2. Upon receipt of item, I will refund the cost of the item plus applicable sales tax. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns on an item are accepted up to and including 30 days after purchase. After the 30 day time period has elapsed, the item cannot be returned for refund.
